Construction Manager

Qualifications

• University graduate in civil engineering
• Experience in site management and basic knowledge of project management
• Unlimited ability to work at height
• Confident, highly proactive personality, convincingly team-oriented
• High level of flexibility and geographical mobility, as well as the willingness to take frequent international business trips
• Excellent knowledge of English, German language is a plus
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Preferably SAP experience
• Have a driver's license
• Completed military service for male candidates

Job Descriptions

• Management and technical support of wind farm construction sites, starting from the construction of access roads and crane platforms to cable installation and basic civil works
• To follow and implement occupational health and safety at the construction site
• Supervise and support the client's subcontractors and coordinate its own subcontractors
• Planning and coordination of field supervisors and installation vehicles
• Monitor and ensure construction process and progress according to project schedule
• Quality Assurance, inspection, on-site measurement and takeover of (additional) civil and electrical engineering works
• Continuous reporting to Project Managers
• Monitoring and taking over the installation of the wind energy converter
