Responsibilities

• Assists the Logistics Coordination team with the planning, coordination and monitoring (short: P/C/M) for direct transports, "last mile", updates and replacements
• P/C/M of trucks for direct transports and "last mile"
• Planning and updating of transport data in SAP & SCM (direct transports, inland transports)
• Assists the Logistics Coordination team in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
• Logistic optimization and adaption of projects, e.g. caused by unforeseeable circumstances or in order to minimize costs
• Improving of communication between local and global departments to make more efficient work flow for team members

Requirements for the position:
 

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Good technical and logistical understanding
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with all MS Office applications and preferably experienced SAP user skills
• Good command of English in speech and writing
• Preferably experienced in logistics operations
