To support our team in İzmir, we are looking to recruit an Operational Control Center Technical Specialist.

Qualifications
- Must have knowledge/experience with Enercon Wecs
- Engineering and Technicians Degree preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Turkish)
- Strong knowledge of HSE principles and regulations
- Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency with MS Office Programs (Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Must work well in a team atmosphere and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a relationship builder
- Driving Licence – B class
- Ability to travel (National-International)
- Ability for reporting & presentation
- Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
Job Descriptions
- Assess and analyze mechanical/electronic faults and initiate measures for troubleshooting
- Participate in shift work, including weekend and holiday shifts in the Operations Control Center (OCC)
- Technical support of the service technicians in the field and customers for technical questions
- Evaluation and analysis of mechanical/electronic malfunctions and initiation of measures to eliminate malfunctions
- Preparation of technical reports
- Ability to communicate between departments and support the finalization of failures
