Operational Planner

To support our team in Izmir, we are looking to recruit an Operational Planner.

Qualifications

- Graduated from any of the engineering departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, etc.)

- Able to use MS Office programs effectively,

- Preferably able to use Power BI and SAP,

- Experienced in reporting, planning and budgeting activities

- Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX management

- Strong communication skills,

- Will be able to actively drive a car

Job Descriptions

- Transfer of spare parts and tools between the site

- Preparation of defected items and tool calibration.

- Monitoring controlling timesheets of subcontractors and service technicians

- Planning and coordinating troubleshooting activities and special tools.

- Monitor and controlling of manning plan and resources

- Preparing and reporting work orders, monthly/weekly/daily basis for the site and monitoring, controlling personnel records

- Responsible of overall SAP activities
