Shaping the ENERCON organization sustainably – turn vision into structure and drive our organizational evolution

Your Responsibilities:

  • Shaping and evolving ENERCON’s organizational structure in line with our corporate vision and strategy – including the development of frameworks, tools and structural principles for sustainable, scalable design across business areas and functions 
  • Reviewing and refining organizational guidelines and interfaces in collaboration with HR and other functions (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Governance) – including role descriptions, span of control, and efficient structural touchpoints 
  • Driving a role-based organizational approach that enables networked collaboration and flexible role ownership, while ensuring structural clarity and alignment with desired cultural behaviors 
  • Advising leaders and stakeholders on organizational models, role and responsibility allocation, and cultural alignment to foster effective, value-driven structures 
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing structures for efficiency, agility, and strategic fit – identifying improvement areas and supporting implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Leading strategic discussions and helping to improve how we design our organization – including using agile methods, AI tools, and network-based ideas, and supporting teams during times of change

 

Your Skills:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related field with focus on organizational development or structure
  • Solid background in organizational design, HR strategy, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of organizational theory, structural design principles, and business strategy translation into organizational setup
  • Excellent analytical skills with a structured way of thinking
  • Consulting and facilitation skills, especially in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Ability to translate strategic requirements into practical organizational models
  • High level of interpersonal competence and sensitivity in working with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); experience with visualization tools and AI-supported HR tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
