Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on mechanical, material or mechanical or metallurgy and material engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in rotor blade repair or service processes.
- Having advanced level of English (oral and written)
- Experience on working with SAP,
- Having high level of HSE awareness
- Self-motivated, communicative, agile, resilient, perseverant,
- Can be adapted for mainly domestic and also abroad travelling,
- Analytical thinking capability, having team management skills (planning, guidance, controlling, reporting, acting, leading), high level of awareness,
- Theoretically and practically understanding of modern wind turbines’s way of working and parts is an advantage,
- Experience on the assembling of the power plants, working on the project-oriented sites, to lead technical teams,
Responsibilities
- Being responsible for the unit of service mechanic/mechanical support which is under technical support reporting to the head of service operation department,
