• ポジション概要
  Service Coordinatorは、サービスオペレーション全体を円滑に機能させるための中心的な存在です。
  このポジションは一般的な事務職ではありません。
  フィールドサービスチーム、マネージャー、バックオフィス部門、APACチーム、本社など、多くの関係者をつなぎながら、サービス活動を支える司令塔として活躍していただきます。
  多数の案件や依頼事項が同時進行する環境の中で、自ら優先順位を判断し、主体的に行動できる方を求めています。

• 主な業務内容
  • フィールドサービス業務の運営支援および調整
  • サービスパフォーマンスデータの管理・分析・レポート作成
  • 各種会議の企画・準備・議事録作成・フォローアップ管理
  • スケジュール調整および関係部署との連携
  • 予算管理サポート
  • 請求書処理および文書管理
  • 社内外イベントや会議の企画・運営
  • 新入社員オンボーディングおよび退職手続きサポート
  • トレーニング運営サポート
  • 現場技術者の作業時間管理およびデータ管理

  • Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）の実務経験

• The Opportunity
  The Service Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of ENERCON's service operations.
  This is not a traditional administrative position.
  You will act as a key coordinator between field technicians, managers, support functions, APAC teams, and global stakeholders.
  You will help drive operational effectiveness, manage multiple priorities, and ensure critical activities are completed efficiently.
  We are looking for a proactive professional who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage a high volume of information and competing demands.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support field service operations

  • Monitor operational performance and prepare reports

  • Organize meetings, document actions, and track follow-ups

  • Coordinate schedules and communications among stakeholders

  • Support budgeting and cost-tracking activities

  • Process invoices and maintain operational documentation

  • Coordinate internal and external events

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with training coordination activities

  • Monitor technician work-hour records and related data

  • Support fleet, asset, material, and service station coordination

  • Collaborate with APAC teams and global headquarters

• Qualifications
  Required

  • Native-level Japanese

  • Business-level English communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience in administration, coordination, operations support, project support, or similar roles

• • Experience working in an international environment

  • SAP or ERP system experience

  • Reporting and data management experience

  • Logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination experience

  • Interest in renewable energy and sustainability
