Operational Planner.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Prepare, organize and dispatch preventative & Curative works, (extern & interne), plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s operations goals under the priorities given by the FAM , FAS and under EPK contract.Dispatch working orders for Service Installation under priorities agreed with SVCC (installation) & IB/300h/UpdateCreate Team allocation within Sub region directive (FAM-FAS)Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work and weather forecastMinimize the number of interruptions once work begins.Coordinate planning activities with maintenance staff, ISP, contractors, customer, and external vendors.Carrying out risk analysis, weather downtime analysis, delay mitigation analysis and OPEX and submit it to OCC Lead & FAM.Provide immediate insights into potential labor shortages or excesses to OCC Lead & FAMEnsure the work is completed in adherence to the existing scheduling standards and processesInsure all communication to the customer and intern  for planning activities.(Mail Box Management)

Secondary Responsibilities : 
Support for Requisition of services and materials/tools for planned and unplanned work.Seek Lead OCC advice on matters outside the Planner’s knowledge or authority.Create Medium and long-term planning project for plannable and non-plannable activities, with availability forecast.Review work order feedback information to improve future planning efforts.Assist with supply chain coordination (with Materials Management and Procurement).Actively committed to the good running of all certifications  and HSE policies.Identify and request required permits.Foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration with the operational stakeholders in an effort to maximize business results performanceInform OCC lead & FAM of abnormal or critical situations.

Your qualifications:method enginneer , electric . elecro-mecanic Engineer ,
planning engineer1 years' experience in similar roleKnowledge of electricity and mechanicsEnglish fluent written and oralPrior customer relations experience in a commercial setting is
a preferenceWind Energy Experience is a preference
