全国にあるエネルコン製風力発電設備のローターブレードのメンテナンス・リペア対応を中心とした作業をご担当いただきます。多数の福利厚生があり、働きやすい環境や制度があります。
【具体的には】基本3名1組でチームを組み、サービスカーにて現地移動後、作業を実施。風車内からのローターブレードインテリアの検査、補修作業およびワークプラットフォーム・ゴンドラを使ったローターブレードエクステリアの補修作業を実施いただきます。
※建物の改変を伴う業務は含まない

Rotor Blade Maintenance & Repair Technician
You will be responsible for maintenance and repair work on rotor blades for ENERCON wind turbines installed throughout Japan.
The company offers a wide range of employee benefits and provides a supportive working environment and employment system.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a three-person team and travel to job sites using a service vehicle.
- Conduct inspections and repair work on the interior of rotor blades from within the wind turbine.
- Perform repair work on the exterior of rotor blades using work platforms and gondolas.
- Note: This position does not involve work that modifies building structures.
Work Location
- Nationwide transfer assignment within Japan
Required Skills and Experience
Required
- Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following:
- Painting/coating work
- Grinding/sanding work
- FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) repair
- Rotor blade maintenance and repair
Preferred
- IRATA certification
- Experience working at heights
