(Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Develop and steer ENERCON’s strategic initiatives across functions and regions
- Lead analytical workstreams and structure complex problem-solving approaches
- Support the Executive Board in defining corporate priorities, KPIs, and governance mechanisms
- Drive performance improvement and transformation programs in collaboration with functions and business units
- Prepare management presentations and decision papers for the CEO and Supervisory Board
- Support project teams and foster a results-oriented, analytical culture within the organization
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or similar preferred)
- 2–6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB/T2) or in corporate strategy / transformation role
- Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2+) preferred
