Your tasks:

• Supplier development
• Creation and implementation of a best practice quality vision concerning strategy, policies, processes and procedures
• Supplier selection and qualification by using benchmark methods
• Supplier evaluation through performance monitoring metrics
• Development of approved suppliers through supplier specific action plans based on on-site reviews/audits and periodic assessment
• Periodic quality review and strategic target agreements
• Serial supplier integration with focus on minimizing supply risk and cost competitiveness

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor- or Mastersdegree in business administration, engineering or similar
• Expertise and work experience, preferably in wind/energy industry
• Experience in developing new supply sources to improve cost competitiveness and be the conduit between procurement and supplier
• Able to work on multiple phases, sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results affecting project completion
• Willingness to travel
• Good German and English skills
• Good communication skills
