HR IT Specialist SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the administration and further development of our HR IT system SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the recruiting module

  • Evaluation of release updates together with the process owner and share content with the key user community

  • Coordination, initiation and execution of testing for adjustments in processes and release updates

  • Documentation of solutions, developments, test results and acceptances 

  • Consulting and coordination of technical requirements

  • Monitoring and processing of assigned support tickets

 

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, informatics or equivalent
  • First experiences with SAP SuccessFactors or other personnel management systems
  • Knowledge about and understanding of recruiting processes are advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Communicative and goal-oriented person with the ability to work in team environments
