Head of Ramp-Up Management (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

  • Creation of a Ramp-Up plan & setting milestones and hand-overs between cross functional teams
  • Cross-functional coordination and collaboration
  • Monitoring of ramp-up processes (implementation, assessment, optimization) 
  • Fast reaction to technical, organizational and logistic issues
  • Improvement of process stability and reduction of error rate
  • Planning and controlling of material flows and logistics during ramp-up time
  • Implementation and monitoring of quality standards and quality control
  • Identification of cost reduction potentials without deteriorating quality 
  • Regular project status reporting to management

 

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering
  • At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in project management
  • Leadership experience, preferably with international teams
  • Successful implementation of Lean methods, Six Sigma and other tools
  • Ability to delegate tasks, prioritize different processes and report to upper management level
  • Technical understanding of interdependencies within an organization
  • Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate at senior management level
  • Global knowledge of business processes related to products
