ML Ops Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

 

  • Development of guidelines and policies as well as professional support to ensure the company‑wide Gold Standard for AI
  • Development, implementation, and monitoring of the Machine Learning Operations framework to guarantee knowledge and results continuity throughout the entire lifecycle of our assets
  • Close, cross‑functional collaboration with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable rollout and lifecycle management of ML models and AI agents across the organization
  • Active support in building and further developing ENERCON’s AI governance
  • Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in the development, deployment, and productive operation of machine‑learning models and AI agents
  • Continuous evaluation of the business value of advanced analytics products


Your Qualifications

 

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience with common ML frameworks (e.g., Databricks MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and in building scalable data and ML pipelines
  • Experience with CI/CD processes for machine‑learning workflows, including monitoring, logging, and secure deployment in production environments
  • Proficient use of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and tools such as Unity Catalog, Git, and modern data‑engineering technologies (e.g., PySpark, Databricks)
  • Knowledge in securing ML pipelines and responsibly handling sensitive data
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, paired with enthusiasm for teamwork
