Platform Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for a product platform with different variants and options (EP3)
• Initiation of the development of new options or adaptation of existing wind turbines to changing market conditions
• Ownership of requirement specifications
• Representing commercial teams during the development process 
• Fulfilling the interface function between Sales and R&D for existing products
• Sales support and presentation of products at trade fairs and customer events
• Communication of product updates towards commercial teams
• Regular updating of the platform's business case and contribution to the "Phase Out" decision

Your Qualifications

• Master degree in engineering or business administration (MBA prefered)
• 5-10 years of experience in wind turbine industry
• Highly skilled in managing in a matrix organization
• Experience in moderating interdisciplinary meetings
• Profound knowledge and experience in dealing with customers and their requirements, compared with strong communication skills 
• Project management experience are advantageous
