Prototype Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Coordinating project schedules and managing all Enercon prototypes during the product development process
• Ensuring the implementation of the prototype feedback value chain to series BOM
• Detailed coordination of specific prototype project schedules for testing and validation along the GVP (Global Validation Plan) with the overarching development teams (procurement, production, logistics and installation)
• Regular updating of the generic GVP and the GVP project
• Coordination of technical customer input during the implementation phase of prototype projects
• Accompanying the prototype site research by Technical Marketing and Sales
• Coordination and periodization of prototype testing and validation
• Escalation and reporting to Enercon's Product Development Program Manager & Product Project Manager
• Coordination of certification readiness

Your qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Good cross-sectional understanding of the day-to-day business in the represented function
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of project management
• Good communication skills
• Conflict management (incl. escalation / taking action)
• Solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work/lead in cross-functional teams
