Ramp-Up Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:
- Preparation of Production Start and cross-functional coordination and collaboration
- Monitoring of ramp-up processes (implementation, assessment, optimization)
- Fast reaction to technical, organizational and logistic changes
- Ensuring availability and function of machines, tools and resources
- Planning and controlling of material flows and logistics during ramp-up time
- Implementation and monitoring of quality standards and quality control
- Cooperation with quality functions to ensure that the product matches customer requirements
- Identification of cost reduction potentials without deteriorating quality
- Regular project status reporting
Your qualifications:
- Degree in engineering
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in project management
- Successful implementation of Lean methods, Six Sigma, KPI monitoring and other tools
- Technical understanding of interdependencies within an organization
- Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate at senior management level
- Global knowledge of business processes related to products
