Regional Category Manager - Electronics (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Supplier negotiation and contract implementation
• Development of alternate suppliers within planned strategy
• Identify cost reduction opportunities (negotiation, design optimization) and drive the concepts
• Cost benchmarking and ability to forecast costs for long term
• Ability to work independently and drive topics, cross functional team, suppliers
• Ability to work in challenging situations and come up with creative ideas/strategies
• Reporting to the Global Category Manager

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in either Electrical/Electronics or Supply Chain/Operations is considered as an advantage 
• At least 3 years of experience in Electronics
• Profound in working with figures, ability to analyze and illustrate results for decision-making
• Experience in Wind or Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) is considered as an advantage
• Very good communication skills (German and English - Read/Write)
• Experience in working within matrix organizations
