Sales & After Sales Contracts Development Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Task: 

  • Review, Revise (partially draft) and maintain contract templates for wind energy projects and develop regular revision schedules 

  • Collaborate and Mediate with various departments, such as Legal, Project Management and Sales and After Sales regions, to ensure contracts are up-to-date with current laws, regulations, internal policies and reflect best practices 

  • Develop and implement global standard guidelines to streamline contract creation process  

  • Provide training in collaboration with other departments and support colleagues on contract standards and best practices / guidelines. 

  • Manage and organize a repository of contract templates and guidelines 

  • Creation of KPI Analysis and continuous monitoring and evaluation and optimization of our processes 

  • Conduct regular reviews of contractual documents to identify and mitigate risks  

  

Your Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Business Administration, or related field or similar qualifications 

  • Ability to interpret and explain contract terms and a deep understanding of legal requirements and best practices in contract administration. 

  • Proficiency in risk assessment on contractual terms and conditions 

  • Experience in Contract Management, Project Management or Sales/After Sales, preferably in the Wind Energy Sector 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in a cross-functional team environment  

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities 

  • Familiarity with the specific challenges and risks associated with offshore wind projects  

  • Proficiency with MS-Office Programs and other contract management tools 

  • Fluent in German and English, preferably with exposure to a bilingual contractual environment 

  • Ability to translate contractual terms between both languages
