Senior Services Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Product management leadership for services and after sales offerings
• Consolidation of voice of the customer and voice of the market on service offerings for O&M
• Evaluation of service products against competitors and market needs
• Project leadership, program management and commercialisation for development of new customer and market oriented service offerings
• Optimization of the existing service and after sales product portfolio
• Explore new service offerings inclusive extended scope (i.e. blade refurbishments), flexible scope (for self-maintainer), preventive maintenance options, availability options, after sales features and upgrades and digital services
• Identify and rationalize new service technologies i.e. inspections techs, preventive maintenance or upgrades to enable new offerings and/or improved profitability
• Input to and influencing of product specifications on services needs (serviceability, communication formats, data streams)
• Technical and schedule updates of regional sales and after sales teams on service offerings

Your qualifications:

• Degree in economics (i. e. MBA) or in a technical discipline (i. e. engineering, contruction, IT) or similar qualification
• Several years of work experience in product management, preferable with a strong background in services and/or after sales
• Advanced communication in English mandatory, German is desired
• Structured and independent way of working
• Ability to work with tight deadlines, flexibility for changes
• Strong ability to organize and coordinate
• Strong interpersonal ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
