Team Lead Electrical Design (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Leading and further developing a team specialising in circuit diagram design, control cabinet construction, electrical engineering standards, and technical design
- Providing both technical and disciplinary leadership to a dedicated team, including the planning and allocation of resources with full budget responsibility
- Managing operational and strategic team planning, as well as supporting, developing, and nurturing the team and its members
- Ensuring and optimising existing processes, while expanding the team’s capabilities in operational series maintenance
Your Qualifications
- A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of electrical power and control systems used in wind turbines
- Several years of professional experience in electrical design, along with proven experience in leading teams
- Experience in both operational and strategic resource planning, including budget responsibility
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work, particularly in relation to process optimisation
- Confident use of common CAD and planning tools such as EPLAN and Teamcenter
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
