Teamlead (m/w/d) Simultaneous Engineering Product Development - Electric

General information:

The position can be filled anywhere in Germany and also in Barneveld.

Your tasks:

• Managing the budget, risks and resources of the team and taking corrective actions
• Developing detailed project plans and resource planning based on them
• Promoting collaboration and guiding team members
• Ensure timely achievement of objectives and transparency of progress within the team and early identification of issues
• Consolidating input from operational functions and project engineers
• Ensure adherence to the PDP process, including roles and responsibilities

Your qualifications:

• Technical training, e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic or similar, preferably with further training as a technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally with additional qualifications in project management and / or personnel management
• Initial management experience is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Sense of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, empathy and leadership skills
