Technical Assistance Project Sales Engineer

Your Tasks:

Operational assistance for the head of the "Customer Support" department
-
Deputy project management for key projects of the department head within the department or on department management level

Monitoring the workload planning of the department, managing corrective measures for quality assurance of project planning in the interface function between PMO, PAG, and project manager

Support in budget planning and compliance for the department cost center

Preparation of decision templates, presentations, analyses, statistics

Contact person for sales, pre-sales, and after-sales and service in terms of first-level support

Preparation and follow-up of technical training and other international internal and external events of the department

General organizational tasks as well as optimal planning, execution, coordination, and control of administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality regulations
Your Qualifications:
-
Computer scientist, natural scientist, engineer, especially industrial engineer, environmental or energy technology, or comparable qualifications
-
Knowledge in wind measurement (LiDAR or mast), meteorology, energy technology, wind farm project planning, service and maintenance or project management
-
High level of self-confidence, analytical & methodical approach, communication skills, sensitivity in dealing with confidential information

Experience in the introduction of digital customer experience channels
-
Hands-on experience in wind & site and/or in the sales of international wind projects
-
At least 2 years of professional experience and 2 years of international experience

Fluent in German and English
