Your Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects for wind energy systems
- Achieve project goals and technology readiness with a cross-functional project team through the phases of project planning, concept development, and validation up to handover for product integration
- Ensure transparency of project progress, early identification of challenges, and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
- Take responsibility for on-time delivery of project results, as well as for budget and quality
Your Qualifications
- Degree (Diploma or Master’s) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with a project management certification
- Extensive expertise and many years of practical experience in the development of wind turbines or wind energy technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong quality awareness and assertiveness
- Very good command of English and German, combined with intercultural experience
