Deputy Manager Risk Mgmnt Splts

Your Responsibilities:

1. Complete Audit of EC critical suppliers
2. Travel for audit purposes.
3. Strong coordination within GP departments and Cross functional coordination.
4. Supplier Evaluation as per Enercon standards.

Your Tasks:

1. Supplier Audits-Visit EC suppliers for audit
2. Coordinate with Category Management to get necessary inputs for audit (capacity planned, Min order obligation etc.)
3. Coordinate with SCDDA team to understand the sustainability issues with suppliers and validate it during the audit
4. Coordinate and report for HSE compliance
5. Coordinate with contract management team to validate contract adherence

Supplier Evaluation-

1. Coordinate with the Category management team to gather the information for supplier Evaluation as per Enercon defined process
2. Coordinate with Cross functional dept. to collect the supplier evaluation data.
3. Automate the supplier Evaluation process till the extent possible and Modify the procedures accordingly.

Deliverables:

1. Preparation of supplier audit reports for management submission and GP records
2. Presentation of audit reports.
3. Complete the supplier Evaluation for every half yearly review and reporting to management.
4. Follow-up for actions coming out of the evaluation.

Your Qualifications:

1. 8-10 Years of experience
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Engineering in Mechanical/ Environmental/ equivalent
4. Knowledge on EHS, audits, compliances and Supply chain Risks.
5. Knowledge on operating Power BI is an added advantage
