- Cost tracking and reporting
- Preparation of cost development reports
- Collaboration with the procurement team to optimize procurement processes
- Controlling of Escrow Mechanisms
- Establishing report mechanism (MIS reports) from external Suppliers
- Conducting Steering Committee meetings in cross-functional collaboration
- Control and preparation of stock development and escrow stocks
- Coordinating and supporting forward sourcing meetings for cost improvement initiatives
- Support of ERP implementation at Production Partners
- Supporting Procurement with strategic procurement decisions
- Monitoring compliance with budget targets and cost targets
