Your Tasks

  • Apply variant rules (150% -> 100% structure) and cut assemblies into design solutions
  • Defining names and DS cuts and entering DS into TPL
  • Include the DS in the 150% eBoM when applying the variant formula to 120% and 150% structures and release the upper structures (generic articles, config. articles)
  • Responsibility for the holistic product structure of a wind turbine (generic and configurable elements as well as design solutions)
  • Independent promotion of modularisation and standardisation of modular product structures with various stakeholders with regard to cost-of-energy targets
  • Definition of the characteristics of variant conditions for configurable elements in Siemens Teamcenter in cooperation with the Configuration Managers
  • Ensuring CAD-BOM alignment and operational support of the change and release process for CAD-relevant assemblies in coordination with the module integrators and developers

 

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, design or product development, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility
  • At least 5 years relevant professional experience with complex product structures
  • Good knowledge of the PLM and CAD systems Siemens Teamcenter/NX
  • German and excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to network quickly and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders in a global organisation
