Project Manager Service - Generator (m/f/d)

For this position, we offer an annual salary ranging from €74,000 to €81,000 (gross, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.  

Your Tasks:

• Management and further development of the strategy for the long-term availability of major components in collaboration with BU Service
• Ensuring parts availability for the Generator delivery units throughout the entire turbine life cycle, including phase-out and obsolescence management strategies
• Assessing market and supply chain developments with regard to their impact on service spare parts demand
• Schedule and resource planning, prioritization, milestone tracking, prioritization of work packages, and overall accountability for Supply Line results
• Preparation of management reports for the Supply Line Lead and relevant governance bodies
• Monitoring and driving cost-reduction initiatives within the defined area of responsibility
• Continuous analysis of procurement and production structures, as well as assessment of operational risks affecting the achievement of defined KPIs
• Identification of operational risks, including the implementation of early warning systems for quality issues, delivery performance, parts shortages, and related risks
• Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of core team meetings, including agenda management, KPI reporting, and documentation of decisions and action items

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Strong technical understanding
• Structured, independent work style, strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and a hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills and flexibility
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Class B driver’s license and a strong willingness to travel
