Senior Control Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for software functions for the control of the electrical drivetrain of WTG/WF including specification, implementation and validation

  • Developing new control functions from concept phase until serial usage

  • Technical leading for small projects, work-streams or collaborations with external partners

  • Definition & alignment of requirements with other departments

  • Definition of deliverables & timelines in alignment with other projects & partners

  • Presenting & aligning concepts

 

Your Qualifications

  • Master Degree or PhD in engineering, e.g. electrical engineering, computer science or mechatronics or comparable qualification

  • Experience in control engineering and power converters & systems

  • Knowledge of main converters, wind turbines and grid codes of advantage

  • Extensive programming experience with MATLAB / Simulink

  • Independent and open-minded way of working

  • Overarching, interdisciplinary system understanding

  • Good communication skills in English
