Role Summary
The Solutions Project Manager drives cross-functional execution of new solution initiatives, ensuring a structured progression from concept to Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The role brings together diverse stakeholders, enables effective collaboration, and supports clear decision-making through strong project leadership, governance readiness, and disciplined delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate new Solutions initiatives across Business Unit Wind, Services, and Regions in close partnership with the Solutions Workstream Owner.
- Design and structure new solution concepts, facilitating cross-functional workshops that drive alignment, accountability, and clear next steps.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, measurable outcomes, and well-defined decision points.
- Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready materials that support informed decision-making.
- Manage dependencies, interfaces, risks, and stakeholder alignment across functions and teams.
- Foster rapid learning cycles through an agile mindset, including discovery activities, customer engagement, prototyping, and validation.
- Support governance processes and ensure initiatives are well prepared for key decision-making forums.
- Build strong working relationships across a broad network of stakeholders and create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in project, program, or initiative management within a complex organizational environment.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and a demonstrated agile mindset.
- Experience leading projects within innovation, incubation, or new business development environments.
- Experience working successfully across functions and teams, including situations without direct line authority.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in early-stage or evolving contexts.
- Understanding of business case fundamentals and commercial drivers.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing materials and recommendations for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Fluent English (required).
