Responsibilities:

• Execute routine mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks on wind turbine systems.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal turbine performance.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical system issues; propose and implement corrective repairs or modifications.
• Perform commissioning activities for new wind turbines and retrofit activitiy. 
• Provide on-site technical support during inspections by the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation (KESCO).
• Utilize diagnostic tools, measurement devices, and technical methods for efficient issue resolution.
• Accurately document all work performed and materials used through digital tools such as tablets and smartphones.
• Follow all ENERCON safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Attend ENERCON training programs on health & safety, maintenance techniques, and revised work procedures.
• Inspect and maintain ENERCON vehicles and equipment prior to use.
• Travel as required to support wind parks across Korea and, when necessary, other APAC locations.
• Perform all daily tasks in strict compliance with ENERCON’s quality, safety, and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or certification in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or wind turbine maintenance.
• Holder of the Career Pocketbook issued by the Korea Electrical Contractors Association.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance.
• National technical qualification at Engineer level or higher in an electrical field is a strong asset.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance is considered an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license(Class 1)
• Availability for overtime, weekend on-call duty, and occasional travel abroad.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods to support other wind park sites in Korea.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
• Capability to safely work at heights and in confined spaces.Basic knowledge of first aid and practical height‑rescue procedures.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical safety standards and ability to ensure full compliance.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical work instructions consistently.
• Competence in interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and technical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with medium‑voltage switching operations and transformer work is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of PPE usage with strict adherence to industry safety requirements.
