Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled rotor blade composite maintenance and advanced mechanical inspections on wind turbine systems.
• Perform blade inspections, damage assessments, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure structural integrity and aerodynamic performance.
• Diagnose structural, mechanical, or surface defects (cracks, erosion, delamination, impact damage) and propose/implement corrective repair procedures.
• Conduct composite repair activities including sanding, filling, laminating, curing, and surface finishing.
• Perform internal blade inspections and evaluate structural components such as spar caps, shear webs, and root connections.
• Carry out precision mechanical tasks including torque‑controlled fastening, component alignment, and structural integrity checks.
• Support commissioning activities for new rotor blades or retrofit components when required.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, measurement instruments, and technical repair methods for efficient and accurate issue resolution.
• Document all repair activities, inspection results, and material usage using digital tools (tablet, smartphone).
• Follow all ENERCON safety protocols, including working‑at‑heights and composite handling procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Attend ENERCON training programs on composite repair, mechanical maintenance, and updated work procedures.
• Conduct pre‑use inspection and maintenance of ENERCON tooling, climbing gear, PPE, and service vehicles.
• Travel to wind parks across Korea and, when required, APAC locations.
• Perform all daily tasks in strict compliance with ENERCON quality, safety, and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or certification in composite materials, mechanical engineering, wind turbine maintenance, or related technical fields.
• Experience working with GRP/GFRP composite materials (preferred).
• Experience in composite repair (laminating, sanding, coating, curing) or willingness to be trained.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in mechanical maintenance or rotating/structural systems (advantage).
• Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors in various environmental conditions.
• IRATA Level 1, 2, or Level 3 certification is a strong advantage.
• Basic English communication skills (technical instructions and reporting).
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and digital documentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 1).
• Availability for overtime, weekend on‑call duties, and occasional travel abroad.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods to support wind parks nationwide.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for identifying and repairing blade structural/mechanical issues.
• Ability to safely work at heights using rope access equipment or climbing systems.
• Understanding of basic first‑aid principles and height‑rescue procedures (training provided).
• Knowledge of composite repair standards, mechanical safety standards, and strict adherence to PPE requirements.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical repair instructions, composite manuals, and blade service documentation.
• Competence in interpreting mechanical diagrams, structural drawings, torque charts, and composite repair schematics.
• High attention to detail, precision workmanship, and quality focus required in composite repair.

• 풍력발전기 로터블레이드 복합소재(Composite) 유지보수 및 고급 기계 정비 작업 수행
• 블레이드 점검, 손상 평가, 이상 진단 및 수리를 통해 구조적·공력적 성능 유지
• 균열, 침식, 박리, 충격손상 등 구조적 결함을 진단하고 적절한 수리 절차를 제안 및 실행
• 샌딩, 퍼티 작업, 라미네이션, 경화(Curing), 표면 마감 등 복합소재 수리 공정 수행
• 블레이드 내부 점검 및 Spar Cap, Shear Web, Root Connection의 구조 건전성 평가
• 토크 관리, 구조 부품 정렬 등 고정밀 기계 작업 수행
• 신규 블레이드 또는 주요 구성품의 시운전(Commissioning) 및 개보수 업무 지원
• 진단 장비·측정 기기·기술적 수리 방법을 활용하여 문제 해결 수행
• 태블릿 및 스마트폰을 활용해 작업 내용 및 자재 사용 내역 정확히 기록
• ENERCON의 모든 안전 규정(고소작업, Composite Handling 등) 철저 준수
• HSE(보건·안전·환경) 프로그램 개선 활동 참여
• ENERCON 안전·복합소재·기계 정비 교육 및 정기 훈련 참여
• 작업 전 ENERCON 장비, 클라이밍 장비, PPE, 차량 점검 및 유지관리
• 국내 풍력발전단지 및 필요 시 APAC 지역 출장 수행
• ENERCON 품질·안전·문서화 기준에 따라 모든 일일 업무 수행

지원 자격 (Requirements)

• 복합소재, 기계, 풍력정비 등 관련 기술 분야의 학력 또는 실무 경력
• GRP/GFRP 복합소재 작업 경험(우대)
• 라미네이션·샌딩·코팅 등 Composite Repair 경험 또는 교육 참여 의지
• 기계 정비 또는 회전체/구조 시스템 유지보수 경험 보유 시 우대
• 고소작업 및 실외작업 가능
• IRATA Level 1/2/3 자격 보유자 우대 (특히 구조 구조(Rescue) 및 Rigging 가능 수준인 Level 3 강력 우대)
• 기본적인 영어 기술 문서 이해 능력(우대)
