Role Overview
The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Service Functions acts as a strategic advisor to the Serviceorganization across APAC. This role bridges regional HR strategy with local execution, ensuring alignment, compliance, and the effective delivery of HR initiatives that support business performance and sustainable growth. The HRBP partners closely with Service leaders and Country HR teams in Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Australia, to deliver effective people solutions and foster a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
Combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution, the HRBP provides expertise in key people-related areas, including performance management, talent and succession management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and regional and global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Strategic Partner closely with Service leaders, understanding business priorities, and providing HR guidance on people-related topics to support business objectives, organizational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability
- Lead workforce planning inititiaves for the Service organization, ensuring the right talent, skills, and capacity are available to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer commitments across APAC.
- Assess leadership and capability development needs within the Service function, and execute tailored development program through the Enercon Academy, aligned with functional and regional requirements.
- Support the development of future skills required to meet evolving business and market demands.
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support as a trusted advisor to people leaders, including performance management, coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams to resolve complex employee relations cases, strengthen HR capabilities, and ensure effective execution of HR programs.
- Lead and support the rollout of global and regional HR programs and initiatives, tailoring them to Service needs across APAC.
- Analyze HR data and key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor workforce productivity, turnover, succession readiness and other relevant HR indicators to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across all HR activities
- Champion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the Service organization.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness across teams and the wider organization.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience or other HR role in relevant industries
- Proven experience as an HRBP in a regional or mulit-country environment
- Strong track record of collaborating with local HR teams and senior business leaders.
- Solid knoweldge of labor laws and HR practices across multiple countries in APAC.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to utilize HR data for decision-making.
- High cultural sensitivity and adapatiliby to work effectively across diverse geographes and cultures.
In this role, the ability to establish effective partnerships with regional business leaders and local HR teams will be pivotal in driving the organization's HR strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of HR programs at both global and local levels.
