Operational Planner

Key Responsibilities: 

• efficient resource planning according to the incoming orders

• categorization and prioritization of incoming orders

• forward-looking planning of operations with existing resources

• efficient planning of travel routes for the service teams

• coordination of maintenance, repair work and conversions

• planning of the integration of existing tool material into workflows

• short-term integration and organization of special orders in existing plans

• daily contact with the service teams and handling of concerns and inquiries

• internal and external communication interface

• verification of service orders

• reporting of the processing status of the allocated quota

• communication with the local contacts and the workforce manager

• handling of the alert monitor to coordinate operational planning and material flow

Qualifications: 

• completed education in a mechatronic/electrical engineering profession

• at least two years working experience as an service technician

• good English skills

• knowledge of common computer systems

• convincing and empathetic personality

• organizational and communication skills

• independent and proactive way of working

• resilience and flexibility
