Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage the receipt of goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Perform thorough checks on incoming materials to verify quantity and condition
• Ensure efficient and organized storage of materials to maximize space and accessibility
• Process returns and defective items in accordance with company policies
• Monitor and control stock levels, placing timely material orders as needed
• Coordinate material provisioning
• Conduct regular inventories and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
• Oversee and improve material movement within the warehouse and vans
• Analyze and refine material handling processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications: 

• Successfully completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role would be an advantage
• Proficiency in computer systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Ability to work independently
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
