Main Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Supervise and support technicians in your area
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance
• Monitor technical performance and productivity
• Manage planning, stock, tools, and site conditions
• Act as the first point of contact for technicians
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding
• Promote continuous improvement and interdepartmental coordination

Qualifications and Profile:

• Education: professional bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: minimum 3 years in a leadership role, experience in wind turbine maintenance
• Good technical background in electricity and mechanics
• Leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Languages: fluent in French, good professional knowledge of English
