Fleet & Facilities Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic FLEET & FACILITIES OFFICER (FR/ENG) to manage the Fleet and Facilities for Enercon’s entities. You will be based in Fleurus, Belgium. 

 

 

Main Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations:

 

Fleet: 

  • Oversee administration and daily management of ~100 vehicles
  • Monitor vehicle use, inspections, maintenance, and safety
  • Manage service providers, budgets, and invoices
  • Support vehicle replacements and related documentation
  • Contribute to fleet projects and reporting

 

Facilities:

  • Oversee the upkeep, maintenance and security of all Belgian operational bases, including inspections, record keeping and adherence with national HSE legislation
  • Coordinate building services such as cleaning, heating, HVAC, … and act as first point of contact
  • Support facility refurbishments, relocations, or expansions 

 

QHSE:

  • QHSE policy implementation
  • Provide QHSE guidance to staff and contractors
  • Report incidents and assist in risk analysis

 

Qualifications and Profile: 

 

  • Education: Minimum A2 level or equivalent through experience
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Professional knowledge of MS Office; SAP is a plus
  • Competences: Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities
  • Personality: Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented
  • Languages: Good professional command of French and English; professional knowledge of Dutch
