風力発電設備フィールドサービスエンジニアは、風力発電設備の安全性・信頼性・発電性能を維持するための重要な役割を担います。- 電気設備および機械設備の保守・点検・修理・故障解析を行い、風車の安定運転を支える最前線で活躍していただきます。
- 現場では単に指示された作業を行うだけでなく、自ら状況を判断し、問題解決に取り組むエンジニアとしての役割が期待されます。
- 電気、機械保守、トラブルシューティング、レトロフィット、コミッショニング業務を主体的に行うポジションです。
- 主な業務内容
- 風力発電設備の定期点検および予防保全
- 電気系統の点検、故障診断および修理
- 機械部品の点検、交換および修理
- 電気・機械トラブルシューティング
- レトロフィット(改修工事)の実施
- 風力発電設備の試運転(コミッショニング)
- 部品交換および設備改善提案
- メンテナンスレポート作成
- 保守履歴および作業実績データ入力
- 必要工具・部品・資材の管理
- サービスカーの管理および在庫管理
- 高所作業を伴うフィールドサービス業務
- 安全基準および品質基準の遵守
- 国内外の技術トレーニングへの参加

- The Opportunity
- As an Electrical & Mechanical Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of ENERCON wind turbines.
- The role combines electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, troubleshooting, component replacement, retrofit projects, and commissioning support.
- We are looking for technicians who take ownership, solve problems independently, and continuously develop their technical expertise.
- The position is based on responsibilities including electrical/mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, retrofit execution, and commissioning activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on wind turbines
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components
- Perform mechanical inspections and repairs
- Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Execute retrofit and upgrade projects
- Support commissioning and operational testing
- Replace and install turbine components
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation
- Maintain maintenance records in company systems
- Manage tools, spare parts, and service materials
- Maintain service vehicle inventory
- Work safely at heights and in outdoor environments
- Comply with safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in technical training programs

Required

- Japanese Second-Class Electrician License or equivalent electrical qualification
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related fields
- High school, technical college, vocational school, or university graduate
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese
