About the Role

As a Servicetechnician at ENERCON, you will work as part of a team performing service and maintenance on ENERCON wind turbines in and around Hamina. The work is field-based and carried out in varying weather conditions, involving both scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of wind turbines.

As a Wind Turbine Technician at ENERCON, you will be responsible, both independently and as part of a team, for identifying technical faults and driving the problem-solving process.

We operate according to the principle of "Safety First" and strive to maintain the highest standards of personal safety. Therefore, we highly value knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.

The role will involve daily travel by company vehicle between different wind turbine sites, and occasional work outside your normal service area may be required.

As an employee of ENERCON, you will receive comprehensive training at the beginning of your employment through our dedicated Training Center. However, as an electrician, you are expected to have sufficient breadth of experience, adaptability, and above all an interest in learning a completely new technology and industry.

Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday during daytime hours. Participation in an on-call rotation is required following the completion of the training period.

Who Are You?

If you are an electrician with a few years of experience and are interested in exploring a new industry, this is an exciting opportunity. At ENERCON, you will work with a modern and innovative product where technology, sustainability, and innovation are at the forefront.

You have at least a secondary-level technical or electrical education, and preferably several years of experience as an industrial electrician, service electrician, or in a similar role. Experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery is considered an advantage.

You are comfortable working at heights, and previous experience within the wind energy sector is highly valued.

You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English, verbally and in writing.

Good computer skills and a valid Category B driving licence are required.
