Electronic Service Technician

Your tasks:

• As a Service Electrician at ENERCON, you will work in a team to perform service and maintenance on ENERCON wind turbines in Gismarvik and surrounding areas.
• The work is conducted out in the field, in varying weather conditions, and includes both scheduled maintenance and emergency troubleshooting.
• As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible—both independently and in a team—for identifying technical faults and leading the resolution process.
• ENERCON operates under the motto "Safety First", striving for the highest standards in personal safety. Therefore, strong knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices is highly valued.
• Daily work involves driving between different wind turbine sites, and assignments outside your regular work area may occur.
• Upon employment, you will receive comprehensive training at ENERCON’s own Training Center.
• It is essential that you, as an electrician, have broad and sufficient experience, and above all, interest in learning a completely new industry and technology.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, daytime.
• On-call duty is included in the role after the initial training period.

Your qualifications:

• Ideally, you have several years of experience as an industrial electrician, service electrician, or in a similar role. Alternatively, if you're an electrician with a few years of experience and curious about a new industry, this is an exciting opportunity!
• Ideally, you have a certificate as an electrician (Group L), automation technician, or high-voltage installer (Group H).
• If you also have competence or interest in mechanical systems, that is a big plus.
• At ENERCON, you'll get to work with a modern and innovative product where technology, sustainability, and innovation are at the forefront.
• You have at least a high school education with a technical/electrical focus.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery is an advantage.
• You are comfortable working at heights, and prior experience in wind energy is highly valued.
• You communicate fluently in one Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills are required for the role.
• A Category B driver’s license is mandatory.
• You are proactive with a strong sense of service.
• You are a team player who works responsibly and thoroughly with your colleagues to solve problems and challenges.
