Process Manager PLM (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Plan, manage, and moderate structured process workshops and events
• Develop and introduce new as well as optimize existing processes and methods
• Capture new process requirements with stakeholders and model them in ARIS
• Develop a strategic roadmap for process management
• Establish and implement a functional operational process controlling and tracking system
• Define and introduce key performance indicators, metrics, and measurement tools for process control

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in process management, optimizing and deploying processes preferred using ARIS and BPML modeling
• Expertise in documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes, with a focus on process automation
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Team player, strong communicator and abilitiy to work in international team environments
• Fluent  in German & English
