Senior Administrator PLM/CAx (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Accountable for all PLM toolset administration & configuration topics
• Central focal point for PLM implementation, upgrade, deployment & monitoring activities in PLM projects for the governance team (module experts, architects, project managers)
• Manage internal IT partners in charge of infrastructure, VMware, certificates, client packaging, SQL server, storage, interfaces etc.
• Manage external partners in charge of implementation, upgrades & administration support, licensing
• Collaborate with team mates in charge of data model, workflow mgt, CAx administration & support
• Third-Level Support for appr. 2500 users - diagnose & drive solutions to mission-critical complex problems
• Identify improvement opportunities and leverage exceptional stakeholder

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, IT or comparable
• Proven PLM project management experience incl. PM certification (e.g. PRINCE2)
• Minimum 5 years of experience on business side in regard to CAx/PLM processes (e.g. working as designer with NX/TC)
• Demonstrable Teamcenter application and data model administration skills (BMIDE, AWC Admin)
• Verifiable project experience of upgrading Teamcenter/NX, data migration, enhancement of SAP integration
• Proven experience in defining concepts, workflow design, configuration & implementation of business requirements
• Experience in cross-system management, coordination of testing, releases and deployments 
• Experience in coordinating and supervising Level 2 & 3 support
• Analytical skill set and positive, proactive, target-oriented approach and problem solving ability with an customer service approach
• Lateral leadership experience advantageous
• Good communication skills in English and German
