Key Responsibilities
As a Cash Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective treasury and cash management operations across the local entities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing liquidity planning and cash flow activities for local entities
- Coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury processes
- Preparing and processing manual payment orders
- Monitoring and coordinating third-party loan and interest payments in collaboration with the Global Treasury Team
- Managing tax-related payments, including stamp taxes and month-end obligations
- Overseeing the IBKB process and ensuring compliance with Central Bank and governmental authority requirements
- Monitoring changes in Central Bank and banking regulations, and communicating relevant updates to stakeholders
- Managing payment confirmations for incoming and outgoing transactions
- Investigating and resolving missing or unallocated payments
- Managing corporate credit card processes, including applications, cancellations, and statement follow-ups
- Supporting Finance and Tax teams regarding equity position assessments of legal entities
- Monitoring intercompany loans, related interest payments, and associated treasury activities in coordination with Headquarters
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or a similar finance function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across different organizational levels
- Experience working in multicultural and international business environments
- Strong team-player mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated approach to work
- Experience in controlling and financial processes within multinational companies is an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) and MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
