Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote:  Remote (> 50% remote)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a broad network within the wind energy business to search for new customers, detect market opportunities and maintain a good and close business relationships with established customers.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cross-functional cooperation for the execution of the sales strategy and on project level;

  • Preparation and negotiations of offers and contracts;

  • Ensure timely submission of proposals by the Team in accordance with the sales strategy;

  • Carrying out profitability calculations;

  • Generating and preparing presentations and reports;

  • Follow-up support for projects;

  • Participation in trade fairs and conferences;

  • Close dialogue with customers to ensure good understanding of customer's project and business case;

  • Answering customer enquiries (technical, commercial);

  • Gathering knowledge such as competitor activity, support systems for wind energy and customers inter­ national activities.

Your Skills:

  • Master Degree in Business or  Electrical or Electrotechnical Engineering;

  • At least 5 years of experience with a broad network within the wind sector energy business;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP;

  • Good command of English language, German as a plus;

  • Strong negotiating skills;

  • Excellent critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.

  • Personal skills to manage long-term maturity projects successfully;
