Supply Chain Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Review and be accountable for the development activities of Generator components as per phase gate concept and product development process (PDP). Time to time provide an input to the team on unclear or missing requirement and evaluate the documents as a part of global quality excellence goverance activity to support for flawless launch of it
• As a part of governance activity - Adapt the define product development process and phase gate concept while working on component development
• Follow the maturity risk assessment evaluation process / procedure as well follow quality swim lane of PDP along with internal interface
• Follow Quality Escalation Process / procedure as per escalation level program
• Follow Vision Zero - Defect Free company project drive and strive for enhancing the culture of zero defect within organization
• Non Conformity (NC) management process
• Focus on top priority NC’s with deep dive approach to identify robust root cause and correction / preventive actions. Moderation of 8D’s for top critical issues
• Working with (internal / external) cross functional team on 8D / CAPA / RCA / why-why analysis with deep dive approach to drive the team to draw conclusion towards root cause and corrective actions
• Strive to bring standardization into problem solving methodology (8D) as well to qualify all required internal and external interfaces with cross functional collaborative approach
• Training on problem solving tools to CFT function based on requirement
• Being proactive and following that approach, highlight the challenges in either one to one meeting with leaders or in general group meeting within function
• Preparation of summary of individual task and results to present on regular basis (weekly or fortnight) to leaders
• Lead from the front for all the challenges in his / her perview and strive to solve it…Adapt proactive approach NC Management of Generator
• Act as POC for Generator from GEMA plant

Your Skills:

• Able to understand the Advance Product Quality plan (APQP) and development phase gate milestones (APQP4wind)
• Skill level - should have know-how about Generator component. As well high skill into problem solving methodology
• Should have minimum 8-10 years of experience with Generator component development and problem solving methodology AND Tower Knowledge will be an added advantage
• In depth knowledge of problem solving methodology i.e. 8D/CAPA, RCA, Ishikawa, why-why, 5Why…
