Your responsibilities: 

  • Support further development of ENERCON Group's global compliance management system (CMS) in close coordination with the other functions of the Corporate Governance department and in cooperation with related departments;
  • Participation in the identification, analysis, evaluation and management of compliance-relevant risks, including their communication and monitoring;
  • Maintenance and implementation of guidelines, processes and documentation in the area of compliance;
  • Supporting the ongoing analysis of compliance-relevant changes to legislation and requirements, including communication to the relevant areas of the ENERCON Group;
  • Active participation in the conception, organisation and implementation of the global compliance training programme;
  • Support and Maintainance of Whistleblower System ;
  • Willingness to participate in overarching projects of the Corporate Governance department.

 

Your qualifications: 

  • Degree in law or economics;
  • Relevant professional experience in the area of compliance;
  • Strong interest in the development and description of processes, methods and procedures;
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to deal with conflict;
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team;
  • Analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to work carefully and in a results-orientated manner;
  • Very good knowledge of English, any other language is beneficial.
