Compliance Manager

Your tasks:

• Support further development of ENERCON Group's global compliance management system (CMS) in close coordination with the other functions of the Corporate Governance department and in cooperation with related departments
• Participation in identification, analysis, evaluation and management of compliance-relevant risks, including their communication and monitoring
• Maintenance and implementation of guidelines, processes and documentation in the area of compliance
• Supporting the ongoing analysis of compliance-relevant changes to legislation and requirements, including communication to the relevant areas of the ENERCON Group
• Active participation in the conception, organisation and implementation of the global compliance training programme
• Support and maintaining Whistleblower System 
• Willingness to participate in overarching projects of the Corporate Governance department

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in law or economics
• Relevant professional experience in the area of compliance
• Strong interest in the development and description of processes, methods and procedures
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to deal with conflict
• High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to work carefully and in a results-orientated manner
• Very good knowledge of English, any other language is beneficial
