Tasks
  • Provide professional and technical consulting in the SAP SuccessFactors environment, especially in Employee Central, Talent Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll
  • Plan and implement national and international (sub-)projects
  • Configure and optimize workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, and reporting to enhance efficiency and data quality
  • Design and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP or third-party systems using APIs and middleware
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, design, document, and implement new requirements
  • Mentor and develop junior team members in collaboration with senior colleagues and/or the Team Lead
  • Act as an HR IT expert and stay up to date on technology trends and HR IT innovations
  • Develop and continuously improve global digital HR solutions while considering local and business-specific requirements
  • Take on the role of Digital Solution Manager (DSM) for the respective area, acting as the technical counterpart to Global Process Owners (GPOs)
  • Contribute to a strong, collaborative global HR network and actively support HR projects and services
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external service providers to ensure system performance, stability, security, and compliance

Qualifications
  • Master or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics and Computer Engineering or similar
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including integration projects in hybrid or full cloud environments
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite with hands-on configuration experience
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP S/4HANA (H4S4) is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP H4S4 and/or SAP SuccessFactors, including implementation and support, ideally in complex or multi-country environments (e.g. Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Time Tracking, Payroll)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Consulting mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher) are essential; additional languages are a plus
