Your Responsibilities:

•HR Administration and Transactional Support;
•Employee Support and Inquiry Management;
•Compliance and Process Standardization;
•Receiving and processing inquiries on administrative HR topics and transactions within the remit of the HR Shared Service Center;
•Providing information and support for questions from employees and managers on HR policies and procedures in defined processes;
•Maintaining and updating employee data in the defined HR systems and databases;
•Collaborate with other HR departments to resolve requests;
•Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee information;
•Creating and managing HR documents such as employment contracts, change agreements and certificates;
•Archiving and organizing HR documents according to company policies and legal requirements;
•Supporting the implementation of the defined HR processes as a point of contact for employees and managers;
•Ensuring clear and effective communication with employees and managers and responding to employees' questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
•Identifying opportunities for improvement in HR processes and systems and passing these on to the process owner and product owner;
•Suggestions for optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency;
•Collaborating with HR interfaces (HR Regions/Countries and HR CoEs) as part of the Tiering Model to ensure seamless HR service delivery;
•Maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company policies and ensuring that all HR activities adhere to regulatory requirements;
•Working with the HR team to implement improvement measures.
 
Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related areas;
• At least 2 years of work experience in similar role, preferably in a multinational company;
• MS Office and SAP knowledge are required;

• Fluent in English, German recommended.
