After Sales Contract Manager

We are looking for a results-driven After Sales Contract Manager to join our team, preferably based in Malmö, where you will take ownership of negotiating, developing, and managing service agreements that create long-term value for both our customers and our business.

Your role
As an After Sales Contract Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all wind farms have a valid and profitable O&M contract during the operation period (negotiating new contract or adjustments for existing wind farms).
You will work closely with our clients, After Sales Managers, Sales Managers and various internal teams to ensure contracts are negotiated and customer satisfaction is achieved. The mission is to ensure that customers continue to have ENERCON as the first choice partner for all operation and maintenance activities of wind turbines.
Your responsibilities
- Independently preparing service contract quotations for wind turbines, medium-voltage substations and transformer stations – including renegotiations, renewals, supplementary agreements, contract takeovers, and selected services and products
- Carrying out calculations using pricing tools
- Independently maintaining lists and systems, as well as monitoring defined KPIs (SAP, HCL Notes, DocuSign)
- Processing customer tenders for service contract portfolios
- Acting as a subject matter expert and first point of contact in the area of service contracts (sales support, after-sales managers, service, legal department, etc.)
- Commercial review of calculations
- Processing of service contract terminations, including review and confirmation
Your profile
- Experience and track record of successfully managing contracts within the renewable energy sector, preferably wind industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, not only securing favorable terms but also maintaining positive relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities in contracts as well as identifying potential issues or risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Capable of taking ownership of projects, making decisions independently and managing workload effectively.
Other desired qualifications include:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a comparable qualification
- High level of internal motivation
- High organizational and problem solving skills
- Able to work in Swedish and English language (C2 equivalent)
